Brabec Homes is unique in the fact that as both designer and builder, we
work backwards from a set budget using efficient design techniques and by
communicating closely with the client, we minimize change orders, thus
saving you money.
As builder we know what it costs to build and thus we
design to fit the budget as opposed to bidding a set of plans only to find
out it costs more than the budget allowed. It puts the client in the
position of changing the plans or adjusting the budget, neither of which
they should have to do.
It is important to incorporate a clients builder
early in the design with the architect or use a design build firm like
Brabec Homes.
