Set bid; a guaranteed maximum price which includes all material, labor and builder costs.

 

Cost Plus; all material and labor costs plus a percentage for builder costs which varies depending on your level of involvement.

 

Consultant fee; for the do it yourself owners, based on complexity of home.

 

Yes, we warranty all our work for a full year from the time the occupancy permit is granted.
